We are delighted to share that Advantage International Registrar Inc. and Orion Registrar, Inc. were acquired by UK-based certification specialists, Amtivo Group, in November 2022. Both companies now operate under the Orion brand, and the combined strengths of both businesses complement one another to deliver an improved experience for all clients, existing and new.
As part of Amtivo Group, Orion benefits from significantly more resources, and we will therefore be supported in building our capacity to meet market demands. Support also includes sizable investments in several key areas, including technology solutions to improve the client experience. The biggest technology investment to date is our brand-new Orion client portal, which provides a smooth process for our clients to manage their relationships with us. In particular, how we share information such as certifications, audit plans, audit reports, and audit close-out actions such as nonconformity responses (NCRs).
